Very cool. Thank you. Just want to mention that it is not "completely random", it's pseudo random, hence the need for a seed

I flatten an explode the tree instead hehe... Then use solid union, network surface and interpole curves; To internalize 2d populate into the Voronoi diagram with the base of any a geo to substructure the variable pipe pattern. Took grasshopper intro about a few months back an discovered this. Importantly Divide Curve is essential.

So helpful! thanks for the vid! Can this also be applied to a 2d voronoi pattern? so i can get tubes and round edges instead of the more rigid form

Hey! I'm just starting with Ghop and I'm trying to figure out how to set a brep as a boundary for my voronoi 3d instead of said brep's bounding box, any advice? thanks for your video

Can I make it with rhino6?

Thanks for the video. How can I multiply those boxes with struts connected??
@ParametricHouse2 жыл бұрын
First you have to define manual points to control their locations at the boundary and then a box array will tesselate the pattern

I explored mnumber of voronoi design method but this is so precise and control design. Just one thing to ask how should it's volume can be controlled ?
@ParametricHouse2 жыл бұрын
Great, the only way I'm thinking of is to use galapagos to find the best parameters for a desired volume
@nishantsingh6022 жыл бұрын
@@ParametricHouse If bounding box is 1*1*1 so how much volume the voronoi occupies. If these parameterization will be there this tutorial will be a complete information for voronoi development. I asked to many VORONOI developers but didn't get the justified answer. Indeed galapagos solver can do this but how?

can i place the populate point to a specific location? not seed based random point
