1989NickyD is right, almost all singers use a backing track, to either harmonise or make the vocals sound stronger. There's nothing wrong with a backing track, it just helps boost the song x

as someone who has enjoyed every paramore album prior to "now" i have to agree. there's a lack of depth in this new album and it's a shame. i always enjoy seeing a band taking a new route with the sound but when there's a lack of deep emotion that's when i feel like a band has lost it.

This isn't even close enough to the music Taylor Swift creates. Most of Paramore's songs aren't about like 20 ex boyfriends, in which the relationships only lasted a few months. Paramore isn't 'terrible', if you think so, then you should keep your opinion to yourself. Paramore are happy with where they are, and are proud of their album, you should accept them for who they are now, because they aren't changing.
