Thank you for the video. I do love it when people hate a stock to the point that its now selling way less than its net asset value. Paramount should be valued based on its assets (sum of all parts). But even if I use DCF with minimal revenue growth, conservative margins (not recovering to previous margins), and ultra-low multiple (same as highly leveraged co), you are buying with a large margin of safety at 9-10 pps. I started a position at 9/share but I want to buy more.. so hurry up and sell! Even better, short the stock so it goes down more.

Para looks good but I wouldn't buy it.. because WBD looks a lot better! Stronger IPs, better FCF. If you go for a high risk high reward I would definitely pick that one (i agree with the stomach thing tho, there seems to be no end in the price decline)

Quick Question: You mentioned the 11B offer for paramount, but the enterprise value with the debt is about 20B. Let's say hypothetically that deal went through -- who is responsible for the debt? Paramount, or the acquirer? TY

It's 11b for a piece of paramount, not the whole company, so in this case paramount would be responsible for the debt unless they assume some it in the acquisition
