I left Trinidad 🇹🇹 in 1981 and there were nothing like that, all they had was Corn soup, oysters, coconut water, Carnival time they had everything now is a different time I guess. From Bellrose NY

Seasons greetings 🎄🧑‍🎄 I enjoyed your walk through of the eating 🍱 spots in POS. Are there any of the food vendors who do not add MSG to their foods? My problem is whenever I visit T&T it's difficult to find any foods without MSG/V-Tsin added as a seasoning. What folks do not realize is that it can be very dangerous for some people's health. Because it makes the food taste good they don't see a problem with it. I usually get very sick if it's in the food I consume, so I always have to ask many questions and read labels everywhere I go, and sometimes some vendors are very dishonest because they want their food sold. All in all I will try this foodie experience on my next visit to Trinbago. Thanks ♥

Oh gosh. Im sorry & honestly speaking some vendors probably don't know what ingredients are contained in the seasonings they use.
