In this video, we explore the need for a paradigm shift in paranormal research, recognizing the importance of adopting an indigenous point of view to safeguard the spirits we encounter. Indigenous cultures around the world have long-standing traditions and a deep understanding of the spiritual realm, emphasizing harmony and balance in all interactions.
Join me as we delve into the reasons why it's crucial to change our approach and learn from the indigenous knowledge that has been passed down through generations. We believe that by doing so, we can foster a more respectful and symbiotic relationship with the spiritual entities we encounter during our investigations.
Too often, mainstream paranormal investigations focus solely on evidence collection without considering the cultural and spiritual significance of the spaces being explored. My mission is to shed light on the necessity of incorporating indigenous perspectives, ensuring that our efforts are guided by respect, reciprocity, and an awareness of the sacred.
Subscribe, like, and hit the notification bell to stay tuned for more thought-provoking content that challenges the status quo in paranormal investigation. Together, let's create a community that respects the sacred and seeks to understand the mysteries of the paranormal with reverence and cultural sensitivity. #ParanormalInvestigation #IndigenousWisdom #SpiritualHarmony #RespectTheSacred #protectthesacred

My mother caught Covid in the hospital, she couldn’t fight it off. The day before she passed, the hospital allowed us one at the time in hazmat suits to see her. I knew she was leaving because she kept holding her hand out and talking to my Grandmother (my grandmother passed in 1990). It was so heartbreaking to know I was loosing my mom, but at the same time comforting to know my grandmother was there.

@kelleyhawk I have a similar story about my gramma. One day not long before she passed, she was eating an orange and held out a section of it and said "Do you want some of this Ez?" Ez (Ezra) was her husband who had died some twenty years earlier. There is no doubt in my mind that grampa was right there with her.

I’ve always hated when people antagonize spirits to “try and get a reaction”. They deserve respect. My father was in a war and he found a piece of jewelry in the rubble. He thought it was beautiful so he picked it up and put it in his pocket. That night he had a dream of a furious woman screaming at him in Arabic. He doesn’t speak Arabic. He put the jewelry back where he found it the next day and felt badly like he had disturbed her.

Yeah I didn't really think of it like that either until talking with some spirits, I hurt someone's feelings. I was so curious about how he ended up there and how he was still there that I didn't even realize he might not want to talk about his death 🥺 he was very nice though and forgave me and we talked about other things but I really felt bad. I also scared a child spirit because I thought we were playing hide and seek. I found her under the table and refused to come out. I said "wait you're not scared of us.... Are you?" She said yes, I said "is that why you're not coming out?" And she said yes. I said "I'm sorry sweetie, I didn't mean to scare you. I honestly thought we were playing hide and seek." Then she came out and was excited 🤭 I asked if she actually wanted to play and so we played hide and seek for about half an hour until we had to go. The next time we went she clung to me the whole time 🥰🥰🥰 she's my baby ghost and I love her 🤭

@medepresed5123 I guess I also didn't think of us humans being able to scare spirits. Growing up, I've always been taught that anything ghost or spirit related was bad and scary, so I feared THEM. Hard to imagine THEM being scared of ME.

I think that some people likely choose to stay behind for various reasons, some may occasionally refuse to cross over, some might not be able to accept what's happened to them, & others may not know or are confused about what happened. However, I'm always wary of those who claim to know with certainty exactly what happens, how it happens, & why... there does seem to be some amount of subjectivity to each person's experience of death & afterlife. I have a Native friend who once caught a crowbar to the back of the head & died twice before they were able to stabilize him. He said that he didn't fully realize what was happening to him, as in that it was HIM that it was happening to, but he was basically thinking how hilarious it was to mess with the EMTs by "holding his breath" because he didn't have to breath while he was no longer in his physical body... yet without really realizing that the body on the ground was his own. He also remembers getting angry because he didn't understand why the paramedics were cutting his shirt off of his body. He was in no way actually consciously aware from the perspective of his physical body at that time, so he was watching them do this from a "3rd person's perspective". It seems to me like he kept bouncing back & forth between experiencing the situation as though it were happening to HIM & either as though he were watching it happen to someone else or already being his spirit-self & not really being concerned about what was happening because he was still aware & just kinda immediately reverted back to how he is (a little bit of a trickster who tries to be free & not worry). It also occurred to me that he was extremely distractable, but Idk if that had more to do with who he is, what his body was experiencing, or perhaps because time & reality is experienced so very differently when we're no longer bound in our physical form- much like in dreams or dreamtime. He also said that he felt the presence of someone else (he suspects it wasn't a physical person) being there with him, but he doesn't recall having seen them. Then, he woke up in the hospital with staples in his head, not really knowing what was going on & the bits that came back for him to remember did so over the next couple of days.

I always feel bad for the spirits, in the more "popular" haunted places. Imagine, how annoying it would be to have people coming into your home from dusk til dawn, on a regular basis. Then, asking you the same questions, over and over again, and not listening to your answers. Calling you like "Betty", because you're in a "white dress", when really you're John, who died from sickness in one of those old timey nightgowns dudes used to wear. Asking for a knock, then screaming and hollering when you do. Then, when you can't take it anymore, and push or scratch some fool, you're labeled a "demon", forever more.

I’m a RN who works with Hospice patients. I’ve seen and sensed so many things when patients are transitioning to cross over . I love making them as comfortable as possible until their last breath. Typically, a few days prior, many of the patients see and talk to their loved ones who have passed away. It’s a sign that it’s near the end of their life and begin their journey. OMG THANK YOU. Though I have some Indigenous in my family, we are mostly Celtic. I'm a Druid IRL, I also dabble in Nordic practices. It really pisses me off with how these people who claim to be "investigators" are extremely disrespectful and do it like a dog and pony show. When we investigate, we bring our Celtic and Nordic practices to our investigations. I've addressed this exact issue myself many times. I've posted comments many times on these "paranormal" channels where they have gone into dangerous hauntings (primarily demons and elementals) and had ZERO clue what they were doing. I've dealt with both these entities (and many more) personally and they are no joke. You mess with the wrong things YOU WILL REAP WHAT YOU SOW. It's not a game, don't do it for clicks or clout. If you're investigating to find answers, help the spirits (living or passed on), or eliminate dangerous entities, you're doing it for the right reasons. If any of what I just listed seems foreign to you, find another grift because messing with the paranormal isn't for you. Nothing upsets me more than a spirit asking for help and these people think it's a game and just laugh. I want to help them if they ask for help. I hate it so much

It kind of makes sense from this video why for thousands of years the native religions of Europe buried people in Barrow tombs with sometimes weaponry and goods. Also the people of Egypt too. Also do you mean as in a reconstructionist like Ellen Hopman? That seems like the best people can do, alongside looking to the roots of the Proto-Indo European religion to discover how it settled into the Celtic tradition. Traditionally it once required 30 years of training and they apparently taught some form of rebirth or reincarnate. I hope someday that people like the natives of other lands can visit Gaul, Ireland or Britain to maybe communicate with the spirits of the Druids who had their knowledge or lore persecuted out of existence by colonisers over 1800 years ago. There might be druids waiting to share and maybe people such as this youtuber can come back with some information someday.

Whenever I meet a White person who says that he or she has Cherokee, Seminole, Chotaw, Chickasaw, or Muskogee in their ancestry, I always ask, "And are you also Scottish, Irish, Welsh or French?" Inevitably they are. The Celtic people had surprising cultural parallels with those five tribes in particular, and a lot of intermarriage took place. Am I right? Is the indigenous part of your blood from one of those five tribes?

Have First Nation blood and Celtic blood as well as White Acadian blood. I was raised by the Spirit World directly since physical humans tried repeatedly using me as a human sacrifice for social clout gain. I have watched many Paranormal shows and they are all the same: They go to a haunted place, are disrespectful, taunt and destroy. Almost none of them help. I was shown how to help energetically and with permission I put in rivers to help cleanse and heal also transition. Sometimes I do this automatically and understand only after. I have tried finding community physically but white Natives are judged as White. Metaphysically community judges us on our whiteness. It is very politically and scan driven. But there is a cleanse happening. A healing. Much of the bad gunk like social media clout and likes...is being flushed out.

As a hospice nurses, we frequently have patients who are ready to pass over and are escorted by their loved one's in spirit. Also, about your comments regarding paranormal investigators, I've suggested to many to have a medium present to guide them and to create the White Light to help stuck spirits cross-over, but they aren't interested in helping stuck spirits, only exposing their existence for profit.

My grandfather passed in the same house that I live in currently nearly 20 years ago. He passed in the same room where my son sleeps. And while we have had ups and downs I know he is still here with us. He stayed to watch over my grandmother before she passed and when I moved in with my son he stayed. I like to think he is chosing to stay with us here to watch over us. He was always a very stoic man and rarely spoke, but you knew his love by his watchful gaze and the little things he did. I feel him closest when I do jigsaw puzzles which he and I did often when I would visit my grandparents. So I very much believe there are some spirits out there that want to remain here with the living.

When my grandma was dying of brain cancer that had metastasized all over her body around Christmas of 2021, I went to visit her one last time on the farm she and my grandpa had inherited from my great-grandparents (whose parents had purchased the old farm after emigrating from Germany in the early 1900s). Growing up, my cousins and I used to joke that the house was haunted. I mean, to be fair, it was (and is) a creepy old victorian-style farmhouse with a history (my grandpa passed away in it in 2018). But, it’s also a family heirloom; a place full of love and peace and fond memories for my family. When my grandma was dying, I swear that the whole family was there to help her cross to the other side. I mean, that place was active like nothing we’d experienced before. But, it wasn’t scary. Unsettling? Sure. But, deep down inside, I knew that the spirits in the house were good, and they were there to help my grandma pass on. I’m a Christian, but I do believe that God reaches out to us in different ways. For my grandma, He allowed her twin sister (who’d died in 2016 from lung cancer) to come visit her daily during her final two weeks on earth.

I just found your channel, and I love it. I used to be married to a Tlingit Native. I lived with his grandmother in the summer, when I wasn't out on the boat. She was the oldest elder, and everyone loved and respected her. She spoke very broken English, but we learned to have great talks. I swear, she knew so many things, that were happening in real time, that no one had told her. At first I thought she was just worried about things that weren't really happening. I was dead wrong. She knew. She also told me many things to look out for, in the spiritual world. I never doubt the elders. I always tell people, if you want to know about the dangers in an area, Earthly and spiritual, ask the First Nations People. They will tell you, then it's on you to heed their warnings or not.

I remember watching a tv 'paranormal investigation ' show 2-3 years ago- they had made contact with the spirit of a young girl and I remember they captured her voice two or three times saying ' help me, help me' . A very clear and distinct plea for help. And they just... brushed it off. No attempt to help, no attempt to seek how they could help. it was nothing more than 'evidence' to them. That annoyed me and saddened me very much. Honestly, your approach to the Spirit World is exactly as it should be. Thank you for pointing out that departed souls, ancient land spirits and all this realm which spreads around us, commands respect and kindness. Keep up spreading good knowledge and priceless teachings!

This is true. When my ex-husband's grandmother was at the end of her life, she started to see his grandfather who was gone for a while and in the end, one of her sisters that also passed. As a medium, I get many wanderers on my path. I remember when my grandmother was dying. We were not close and did not get along. Sometimes she was just next to me, while her body was elsewhere. One day, I could not sleep. She appeared next to my bed, telling me she could see a bright light. I told her to go to it, where she saw a lot of dead loved ones, like my grandfather. She told me I had to sleep. I fell asleep and woke up a couple of hours later to a phone call. I could not pick it up, since I knew it was my mother to tell me she had passed on. I was right. My grandmother died at the moment I told her to go into the light. I get a lot of those lost souls on my path.

A lot of my spiritual experiences have been in dreams. One dream I was in a car behind the driver rolling my window up, until I realized the window was going up but never down. Then I remembered I was in a car accident, reliving that final moment. In that realisation I felt my spirit go up through the car. I was scared until I heard a voice say , " do not be afraid." Then I felt love like it was a blanket but better. I knew nothing could hurt me. I felt safe and free. Without thinking, I looked back. That is when I felt my spirit get pulled back then fall into my body. I instantly stood straight up out of my bed. I could still feel the love but it was fading. I did not want to come back until I remembered I came back because my children are here. Since I have seen who I am spiritually in light. I also understand why my children named me Mama . Now I hear the fawn say Mama. They were apart of my waking. That is a story for another time. If you read this , thank you for taking the time. Thank you for sharing your wisdom with the rest of us. Humanity serves as a mediator, custodians of the physical plane. It is our job to help those in need, on all sides of this plane. Above and below. Providing a channel for light and a shield against darkness. Any ancient tradition will teach the way. I personally study hermetics. I'd just like it to be known that there are a myriad of spirits in the spiritual world, not just humans. Many are even born on that side, never even being physichal like us humans. Obviously the soul eaters and dark entities are not human, but there are many other types of spirits; and they are all as varied as you and I. Not everything is so black and white, it's not just 'Good' and 'Evil'. There are many beings in the spiritual world, and many can interact with us; and i cannot stress enough, they are as varied as any other person on this planet. They have loves, hates passions and dislikes... so on and so forth. I understand people fear what they don't understand, and that's a big problem with modern society as we've forgotten all of this knowledge, which means we no longer understand it. Regardless, my point is you should treat the spirits like you would anyone else. who knows... you might even make dear friend. I have.

Thank you for helping those who have passed on. 🙏 I've always felt that some of these paranormal shows, and specifically these new tiktoks and KZbin videos, exploit the dead. It's so disappointing and disrespectful to stir up spirits so they can get clicks and likes. It sometimes makes me sorrowful when they leave a sight after doing so, without resolving the situation. They are so loud and obnoxious, cursing and being disrespectful in the name of their paranormal show, that they fail to understand that indeed, this is someone's mother, father, sister, brother, etc. Especially when it comes to children I get really upset. I feel like, some people are just born "knowing". I had a twin brother that died when I was born, and I've always felt like I have another foot, in the afterlife. I see and feel things that others can't or won't. And I feel like there's a better way to help those unfortunate souls who have passed on tragically, and that some are born to help them find their way "home". Thank you. You are blessed with a knowing that most cant not reach, inside themselves. You have a calling, that your ancestors have given you access to inside yourself. Be blessed. May the most high protect you and your team/family and lead you to help others. 🙏

In the last house I lived in, the spirits in my home were incredibly protective and almost loving. The women in my family have always been really sensitive to the spiritual side of things, and we felt a connection to them from the moment we set foot in that house even if we didn't realize it at the time. It was an immediate sense of calm and safety. My sisters and I had a pretty terrifying moment with someone trying to get into our home one time, and when we all gathered in a room, it felt like someone was watching over us and trying to calm us down. They were always receptive when we asked for space, and when we did have something evil come into our home, they protected us from it and pushed it away. They were clearly happy there and didn't want to leave, so we never tried to send them out. We moved a few years back. I miss them a lot, and I am terrified that the new owners will bring someone in that will try and antagonize them. I've done a few ceremonies to connect with my ancestors and local spirits on my own as a practicing Norse Pagan, and I could never imagine antagonizing people that have always protected me and who have always filled me with a genuine sense of love every time I have interacted with them. It is such a gift and a responsibility, and it always makes me upset to see them exploited like that.

My mother taught me to always be respectful of the living and in death . Never dabble for the sake of dabbling- I have seen spirits since I was a baby - it has helped put a serial killer and a serial rapist away - they had dark entities attached - these live hosts were simply minions to a much darker energy . If they don't change in mortal life they will join in death- these very dark entities - dark original entities were never human - they do however take humans hostage in life & death . Break the dark entity - easier to set the ghosts free. Any ways that's what I've seen and believe . Thank you for this video ❤

This makes perfect sense. I am First Nation and a registered nurse in my community. For the last 17 years and I’ve seen many patients in their final moments. What you are saying, It’s true, it’s so true. Patients see what we cannot and the connection to the spiritual world is powerful on a different level. There is no compassion and you are right it’s all commercialized for views to exploit those lost souls. Thank you for educating those who don’t understand.

This video made me cry listening to this, as I’ve always had a fascination and love of spirits and the supernatural. My grandmother recently passed away, and I still remember clearly the supernatural events leading and shortly after her death. Even though it’s been years, I can still feel the spirits of my other grandparents at times, or see the spirit of my cat watching over me and my dad. I agree with everything you said here, and that proper respect and care should be given to spirits. They are still souls, after all. I hope the spirits you have helped have found peace. Thank you for making this video.

While I do not believe in ghosts in the same way, since I believe that once you die you either go to heaven or hell, I appreciate your sentiment and instruction. I do believe that dealing with the paranormal, investigating or simply studying it should always be done with respect and awareness since is not only dangerous as well as very disrespectful to deal with those things with self-gain in mind, actually, intentions are a very powerful thing in the spiritual realm, if you are with dark intentions you give permission to dark entities to use you for their nefarious plans. I always recommend people that who are curious about the paranormal and the spiritual world do so with all the care in the world, there are things in the dark, and they are very dangerous, you may not take them seriously, but I guarantee you they take you very seriously, so much so that if you are not careful they will go after you, and if they do catch you believe you will start to take them very seriously... Also good job man, keep doing what you are doing!

You should do a video on the Anasazi & the huge misconception that the world has on their culture, we got many Navajo & puebloan stories about them and their ceremonies involving human sacrifice & blood letting like the yani. The gambler story & Anasazi downfall stories the Diné have are very interesting that I think could be a great video topic. Also the little people and how significant they’ve been in many cultures not just here but everywhere.

I live in Western Australia. A few years ago I went on a tour of an old jail , built around 1850. Upon entering one jail cell I became nauseous and cold , shivering, headache. I had to get the hell out of that cell. Everyone was looking at me puzzled. I asked the tour guide who was kept in that cell, she said it was the cell that kept indigenous prisoners. I said some died in there and their spirits are still there. Everyone laughed at me . I will never go back there, to much pain .

Don't go opening doors if you dont know what could walk through them. In Lao & Thai culture, we have these small outdoor structures called spirit houses to make offerings to the local nature spirits. Water, fruit, rice, and candlelight. Nothing complicated. You have to actively be in the Light to avoid falling into the Dark. It's a constant choice.

You're not here just for clicks, but to spread a message that the spirits in the other world aren't all evil or something to be afraid of. They're people, just like us, and they deserve respect and compassion. My favorite paranormal show so far is Kindred Spirits because Adam and Amy believe the same thing.

Okay, wait a minute. Ghost Adventures is NOT a good show. I like Aaron and Jay, but their association with Zack taints them and makes them suspect. Zack is NOT a good person. Their very first show that was popular, he was cruelly taunting a female spirit who had committed suicide. Sorry, dude, but you recommending them makes me think you're not who I thought you were.

please teach us the wards, sigils and/or spells that we can use the to not only protect, but destroy evil entities in the woods; like wendigo's and such. Like for example, in your previous video you showed an arrow that had (forgive me, i don't know the native american terms) sigils/wards carved into the shaft that you said would allow the arrow to pierce into the spiritual realm. It would really be appreciated if you could share that information with the rest of us. We need to be able to protect ourselves from the Wendigo and Dogmen and such. Standard bullets don't work.

Thank you so much for making this content. I'm mexican and like many I've been studying and striving to see things more so from the American perspective. However I've shyed from looking for wise people from mexican nations to teach me because I don't want to impose on them. This material really helps me to grow even before I visit a teocalli, join a Calpulli or go on a brujería/curanderia course. All of these things are important to me but these videos are like medicine that give me perspective, like I'm not walking the path in the dark with a bunch of Codexes and lantern anymore.

I really love your insight on this topic. I have always felt that lost/trapped spirits need more respect and that they need help which is funny because all of my spiritual experiences have been really bad. When I was younger I lived in a house that always felt scary and gave a bad gut feeling. Almost every night I would have a nightmare, mind you at that age I had no clue what ghosts were or anything paranormal. I have many stories but one I keep in the back of my mind the most is when I stood up from my couch and I was pushed really hard in the middle of my chest, I was really scared and ran. Another good story I have is when I was at my new home and it was about 2:30 in the morning and I heard the most ungodly grotesque noises switching between my bedroom my hallway and my bathroom, I felt so glued down and could not move for a second because of my fright but then I grabbed my cross and yelled something along the line of "I bath in the blood of Jesus Christ demon begone on the word of god" and as soon as I said god or Jesus because I don't really remember what I said but basically once I mentioned god or Jesus the noises instantly stopped. I have no clue what it was to this day, I tried looking at things in demonology to see if anything in their matched the description of what happened but I came short. I still have no clue why I went through all of those things so if you guys have any insight I would love to hear your ideas.

I grew up as Christian, but my family is also very spiritual. My mother is Cherokee and my father was Choctaw/Irish. Unfortunately, my maternal grandfather has never been a part of our lives, and my paternal grandfather passed on prior to my birth. I wish I had elders around to teach me about my heritage and ancestors. Everything I have learned comes from studying, researching on my own, or from watching channels like this. So, thank you for sharing your knowledge with the world. You have given me a new perspective on the paranormal/spiritual world. Not that I have ever, nor would ever, disrespect any spirits, good or evil. I have always been sensitive to the paranormal, even as a child. I wouldn't say I am a medium, psychic, or anything like that, but I do have a 6th sense, for lack of a better term. On another note, I believe my father saw my grandmother as he was passing on. He couldn't speak in the end, but he starred off, smiled, and held his hand out as if reaching to someone. I have no doubt it was my grandmother. The experience was truly enlightening.

I went to many Religious leaders they could not answer my questions. I started my own research. I now have my answers. I am sensitive. Been this way all my life. My elders knew this sense I was a little one. You are correct when you say the way people go about investigating. Provoking to get a reaction is not wise. I have learned do not mess with the spirit world. A human can not handle the powers of the spirit world. I could go on but I do not want to bore you or hurt someone's feelings with my honesty.

I also became enraged because for a long time I've realised that many of the so called "paranormal investigators" and "ghost hunters" - how i really hate that term - clearly have no respect, empathy or concern for the beings who passed away. They treat them like they treat everything today - like toys to be played with. There's no respect or consideration. I'm so glad you have brought such a serious and heart breaking thing to light 🙏🏼

Thank you so much for this very important message! I don't seek out ghosts but sometimes I can't avoid them, so whenever they show up I say a prayer for them. I don't know what they need, but God does. And every time I hear about ghosts I pray for them, with a request that if the ghost doesn't need prayers, then may the help and blessing go to the closest equivalent soul who does.

Totally agree with this. I have a couple of siblings who would go to cemeteries and other spooky places and use a spirit board to try to talk to spirits, but not to help them. Just to say that they saw something or communicated with something. It always kinda really bugged me. It’s not until the last year or so where I started to understand the spiritual world more that they were doing more damage than good. I’ve always had a strong connection to the supernatural, specifically psychic investigations, and the more I learn, the more determined I am to understand what they are trying to tell us, and to help them if they need it! 🧿🙏⚖️❤️

I completely resonate with you. I have been voicing myself out to my family regarding this subject of KZbinrs going ghost hunting and not helping the lost earthbound souls asking for help. I have done some cleansings of the past. I would use white sage and ask Archangel Aziel and Michael to help me bring a lost soul over to their loved ones on the otherside. I once had to do this for my brother who was earthbound and we all knew that since his teen years there was a demon over him. This demon did not let him cross. But once my kundalini activated I had an OBE and released my brother from this demon. But I had to fight it. It was similar to a Superman and Batman fight. But in the ether I have no fear and my strength is far greater than what I think of myself in the waking physical form. I am happy that my brother is on the other side and sometimes he will visit me. I have a big compassion in my heart for lost souls in haunted houses. I would love to interview you on my KZbin channel regarding this topic. Let me know if you are interested. I just want to spread more awareness. God Bless You.

I’ve been growling at them for years about this! it does my heart good to see you guys actually following through and doing your best to help people physical or non-physical. I also criticize those that have taken dark initiations, and then think they can go in and somehow liberate spirits or confront evil(!) in a place and come out OK . Although if they are stronger than the given spirit, they may succeed, but they’re fighting on the same turf. I won’t name the group or the individuals, but I will say they took an initiation with blood poured over them on one of their episodes. No surprise, seeing members of their team descend into dark and unfortunate events. If you haven’t read it in the Bible, do have a look at the story about the seven sons of Sceva. (they misjudged their ability to cast out devils and pay the price… all seven of those men who were brothers overstepped their authority) so people who may not be comfortable or understanding what goes on with your Navajo approach can at least see that there is a lot more to dealing with spirits than “having the name of Jesus“. I hope it saves some lives.

Never was a ghost hunter, and never wanted to be, but being one who likes to get out in nature and hike n bike, I developed some interest in the Sasquatch phenomenon and the possibility of their existence. It didn't take very long before I became aware of something out there, and that it too, let me know it was aware of my presence and most importantly, my intent being there, and quickly made itself known to me. Everything I've experienced with this subject has had a paranormal nature to it, which leads me to believe that we're dealing with a spirit being and not necessarily a flesh and blood creature.
