For those still wondering or know what happen. It wasn’t Gabriel who killed the investigator. Since there’s no reason why. When he was yelling “Get Out” He was trying to warn him that William Afton is in the building or he is close by outside the building. Since he doesn’t want to leave, Gabriel scared him to force him to get out chasing him and then he left him along. But it was too late after William was outside waiting with an Shotgun and BAM! The investigator was shot

If you pay attention It sounds as he's screaming "waaaaatch ooooout" Also the moment Freddy says "no, too dark" refering to Afton's face. Could mean he actually was seeing him on the background on the dark at the other room but couldnt make Up to see his face. And again by this, It'd also make sense the fact that he would say to get out suddenly if Afton was on the background. Since It was clear Afton would kill Sean and maybe didnt notice about his presence and when It did Freddy noticed so he tried to alert It. Aswell as the second Ghost, even if It's Well known It's foxy's and how much foxy hates light. Doesnt make up with the thing of turning off the sound. So my theory is Afton was allready in the building by then so the Ghost told him to turn It off as that could alert Afton of his location. Also if you pay attention when he looks at the exit when the second soul is talking to him, there's a door right there. And if you watch the intro there was no car there before which only means It's not Sean's but Afton's. Also the bathroom scene could also be the Ghosts trying to lock Afton inside the bathroom. The "angry" theory is very simple. But the "they tried to help him" IS the one Who most makes sense. Freddy would've caught Sean on the exit if he would really wanted to hurt him afterall.

And also, why would Gabriel kill Sean if he didn't do anything to him, he was just asking him about his death. They only attack to the employees bc they all wear the same uniform as Afton. This is why i hate theories

Let me explain why Gabriel or Freddy as you call him didn't kill the Investigator and the confusing ending, Gabriel was never trying to kill the Investigator and the reason he told him to get out is because William Afton was in the building with them and Gabriel knew that. Gabriel then told the Investigator to get out and when he didn't listen and kept questioning it, he chased him out of the building to save him from Afton who still died to Afton as you hear someone racking and shooting a 12 gauge and killing Sean who we can presume to be William Afton.

I think the restroom bit was set up by Afton, to possibly trap Sean in the bathroom and kill him. But, the spirits must've closed the door and locked it to save Sean from dying, only to die later by Afton from a shotgun. ☝️🏻😬
