Around fifteen years of age, I saw a commercial for Parasite Eve on television, bought the guidebook, then demanded my parents allow me to take money from my savings account to buy both a PS1 and the game. I played it all the way through on the little 13-inch CRT television in my bedroom. 26 years later, I still get chills during the first opera scene.

@@reikidagi Nah, I agree with them. That's not to say all modern games are bad (especially indie games), but back then you own physical copies of games and there's no pay to win bs. I don't blame creators but more the big corporations being greedy. A lot of talented people are losing opportunities to be creative thanks to that. Ps1/n64 era was a big deal leaping from 8-bit to more immersive 3d worlds for the first time. It was also easier to appreciate technology and games back then, because now the market for technology, games and most media entertainment is so oversaturated.

It absolutely does except they would have to give it the FF7r treatment and remake it from the ground up including the gameplay. I would hate for the core of the game to be changed. Personally I just want new updated graphics and better cutscenes. Everything else should stay the same.

Look at this old game..the story is great and it should be a movie and i can picture Scarlet Johansson as Aya Brea but anyway that's not the point..the point is that a gameplay like Resident Evil 3 Remake for example, why is it a bad thing for you? I discovered this game almost two years ago now. Regrettably, I do not have access to it, no matter how badly I want to play it. Because of this, I am hoping they do a remake of it. And before I get burned at the stake for saying so, I think that the world could be expanded, and voice acting would go a long way to drawing in new fans.
