In the Q line for Orochi, the safety instruction on the tv screen is an allusion for french coaster enthousiats. "Actors" are played by coaster enthousiats, mainly youtubers, some of the most known theme park french content creator! This show how much this park cares for us, coaster fans!

French here. I can't believe you went to Le Bocasse! I didn't know any foreigners went there. So the park is split in the middle because it used to be on one side of the road only, the side close to the village. "Le Bocasse" is actually the name of the village too. It grew a lot over the years. At first there were just the tiny kiddy rides and the water slides, but now it has some decent rides for teenagers/adults too. They're always working on increasing the size of the park, so who knows? Maybe one day there will be even bigger coasters. But Orochi is a lot of fun.

Love those quirky independently run parks. I am getting a little bit of Schwabenpark vibes here. It is meant for kids and does that well. If you are spending a beach vacation nearby and/or doing some cultural sightseeing, it's a great option to spend a day there and keep the kids happy.

I repeated this a lot in comments already, but another park with a similar spirit I would say is La Récré des 3 curés near Brest, it’s in Britanny in the very west of the country, you should definitely try to check it out if you come back to France ! It’s quite isolated but the region is very pretty so you can do other stuff such as sightseeing. There is another decent family park 2 hours away from it called Kingoland, wich features a quite iconic kiddie coaster in the French community. Speaking of credits, La Récré has currently 2, one of them being a great smooth custom Eurofighter called Vertika, and it absolutely HAULS through its layout. There is also a supposedly themed kiddie cred opening this year. All in all, a very nice park to discover, with very nice setting too as it is isolated in nature! 🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷

Overall this just looks like a decent little local amusement park. Something for local families to have a day out at or for some tourists in the area to visit. I love how there's a market for this kinda stuff across Europe. Its something you rarely see in the US, especially with the level of care at places like this. Across the pond you so often just get a big corporate Six Flags/Cedar Fair park (or technically both in one since the merger) that drives off all local competition, or for the family market simply just go across the country to Disney or have no other regional options. I do also want to point out how its really common for these smaller local parks to be named after the town or area they're in. Parc du Bocasse is named after Bocasse. Schwaben park is named after the historic Schwaben region. Djurs Sommerland is named after the Djurs peninsula which it sits on. Fårup Sommerland is named after the village of Fårup next to it, and so on and so forth. Like you can always tell a park started out as a small local place if it has a name like that.

Smaller sized park but it looks so fun for such a tiny town.

We don't pronounce the E in the English language too. Also I was shocked to find this out but Taylor actually went back to La Ronde 😱

Never mind, I just watched his Parc Saint Paul review and heard him mispronounce it as "Parc Du BoccassEE". I see where you're coming from now and I am very sorry for the mistake.
