Kiribati doesn't have 14 time zones the country who has the large number of time zone is Russia 11 time zones in a single country But if you see France they has 12 time zones but in separate countries Kiribati has 3 time zones UTC +12 GILT Gilbert Island Time Tarawa UTC +13 PHOT Phoenix Island Time Kanton Island UTC +14 LINT Line Islands Time Kiritimati
