Good question Shashwat. The reason is that Mesospehere me gas moelecules kam hote hain to sun ka radiation zyada absorb nahin krte and is layer ka heat source Stratosphere ki heat hai. Islie jaise jaise Stratosphere se upar jaate hai, Mesospehere me temperature kam ho jata hai. Mesopause ke baad Thermosphere me temp kyu rise hota hai ye aapne video me dekha hi hoga.
