Vikings just, "aren't there yet..." Rams came out and played inspired for California. Darnold looked like the guy that everyone wrote off. IMO not totally his fault. Some plays he was running for his life. Minnesota looks out matched. The Rams took away the run game, if there was one with the pressure sent. It certainly looked like the Vikings forgot they were in the playoffs after losing to the Lions. Blame is everywhere, o-line, coaching, Darnold's bad play. Imo if you're the Vikings you're still crazy to let Darnold go after this good of a season. Can you let this guy walk after this season to gamble on a rookie? It's certainly possible. Vikes need a QB period. No one knows what AJ has. Do you think it's 14 W's? Sam will get offers, Raiders, Titans, and others need a QB that can win 10 games, if the juice is worth the squeeze. AJ will save them a ton of $$$, but they might be as bad as the Bears next season. The ball is in Sam's world> Name I think of=Nick Foles, Get you money wherever. It's a bet Sam cannot lose. If that's the case maybe it's smart to cut loses for the Vikings, but that means they could be terrible next season. Detroit is for real, and GB is one of the youngest rosters in the NFL. Unless the Vikings have that much faith in AJ, that makes this very interesting for the future of the NFL and the Vikings. As for Sam he's starting to sound like another Sam,...Sam Bradford. Roll-on off-season drama!
