So beautiful - we need to hear more on how as Christians we can be better parents. So many lgbt kids leave the church because we don’t handle it how Jesus would. It is not easy and there are so many hurting families Please keep teaching on this topic - we need to hear more of these great testimonies so many just don’t want to talk about it sadly. Thank you so much

What an incredible father, grandfather, friend, mentor, and Christ follower Mark is. Thank you for inspiring me on so many levels.

What a great interview. As much as I love Mark’s story, experience, and perspective I can’t help but wrestle with feeling that conversations like this are simply sinners pointing the finger at other sinners. It’s as if people are saying, yes I’m a sinner but your gay sin is much worse. Not to mention that if you ask most of the people I grew up with in Texas, (yes I love Marks voice), not very many people are going to make it to heaven. In other words, according to most people that call themselves Christian, the VAST majority of the worlds population aren’t making it to heaven. I just don’t love the idea only a few are good enough and the rest, sorry, but you’re out. It seems so small and limited, and un-Jesus like. I also wonder if people like Mark would be speaking the same way if they had a straight son who was doing some of the same things, getting married, adopting kids, getting divorced, being a single parent, getting remarried, or sleeping around, etc. My hunch is, the son‘s sin would be much more excusable. Still a great conversation and thank you Gentelman for the openness and vulnerability.

Orthodox Christians and Catholic Christians claim that non-believers have the _potential_ to go to Heaven as they are _potentially_ covered by Christ´s atonement.

We don’t get to heaven based on our goodness, we get there by accepting Jesus’ goodness, mercy and sacrifice for us. The ones who don’t go are the ones who rejected His invitation. He invites ALL people!

No. I’m sure he would think his son that went through women like that was a big jerk.

1) believers are never called sinners in the word 2) there is a difference between someone struggling with something they acknowledge is sin versus someone who ignores what the word specifically states is sin and says “it isn’t wrong and I encourage more people who struggle with it to just embrace it.” Don’t you think so, Preston Sprinkle?

@@762nato1 faith that is true is faith that causes one to repent and changes one’s heart . When we base our beliefs on our feels that is self worship not Yahweh worship.

After watching several of these I am so confused. I’ve heard over and over again your support for those that are practicing lgbtq and practicing their sin and referring to them as Christian. So apparently you are of the school that as long as they believe they can still continue in their sin? Or am I misunderstanding this? I’ve yet to hear a single person say they repented. Perhaps you need to interview Beckett Cook. He gets it right.

I agree. 100%. I have noticed MANY worship leaders who struggle with this issue. My daughter is one in this category. I believe it's a purely spiritual attack.

thank you for your time. my prayer is that the churches are genuinely accepting all kinds of children of God and the is not being done for revenue purposes only. may we see all as God see us.
