Manager needs to be put on check too, if i owned this hotel and found out my manager accused a guest over an non-guest, he would be looking for work so fast .... people expect hotels to give them security and piece of mind ..... this manager failed this .... he needs to go.

I agree with the mother, this could have went sideways real fast, had the police showed up they both would have been detained and/or killed hence the press conference, this Karen lost her phone and when she saw the young man she seized on the opportunity to use her whiteness and get a free replacement without paying a deductible if she had insurance, the fact that she told the manager that the child switched phone cases was testimony to her irrational behavior, the bottom line, she physically assaulted a child because she knew she could get away with it, had a female family member or friend been present she would not have been so lucky as to put her hands on someone's child, the authorities know who she is, she stayed at the hotel and also took an Uber, they are just waiting for her to lawyer up.
