It is SO important to let kids know when they are doing something that is worth complimenting and encourage them in that way. Even the small things ❤️

For example: people give puppies treat, when they’re trying to make the dog sit and roll and fetch. But eventually they don’t need treats anymore. Their brain is conditioned to obey the command.

I am a bit concerned when Westerner bring Durian for challenge as it's one of the fruit that's so difficult to tell when it's ready and perfect to eat. If Durian is too ripe it can be quite disgusting (but still some people may like it though). Even some Thai and some farmer themselves also make mistake when choosing durian from time to time. and look for the outlook of those durians, I don't think it's not that good one though. I also hear that those frozen durian are not that good compare to fresh one. I don't want this to create a fault impression to these kids. Maybe you could have someone who familiar and like durian eat it at the end to tell that it's the good one.

I'm a Southeast Asian and when I was a child, I dislike eating durian... When I grew up, I tried durian again and end up liking it~ Durian has many grade according to texture and fragrance level (if I'm not wrong). One of the best grade is called "Musang King" and it's usually more expensive. Based on my experience, nice taste durians are usually golden ripe yellow colored, cheaper and less tasty ones are usually pale yellow...

Hahaha I've eaten durian as long as I can remember and there were never a phase of me disliking it. I remember once, my father gave my sister and I about 5 different kind of Durian and we ate about 3 to 4 pieces for every kind when you're supposed to eat 2 pieces of durian a day. Luckily we didn't fall sick or anything, but now knowing that it's bad I wouldn't do it again. I also really really like the smell of it, and the best way to eat durian is mung beans porridge with durian! It's heavenly!

Every durian fruit has a different name and taste i would suggest you to try the musang king or udang merah. how do i eat durian (i'm Indonesian btw) : - cut the skin - take all the fruit, and put it in a plate or maybe bowl - leave it in the fridge overnight - eat it tomorrow the taste when you serving durian like mine, make the fruit sweeter, cuz to my knowledge, the taste will be better when it's cold, and this method can removes the alcohol of the fruit hope this helps :)
