The people of Pari welcomed tourists and visitors to their "village of love " , Lalokau Gabuna! The village located within the Port Moresby South electorate, geared up for the first ever Pari Seaside Markets. Everyone was super excited in their homes preparing all sorts of entertainment and arts and crafts for the event which transpired last Saturday, December 12.
There was traditional tattooing, dancing, fishing, canoe racers, fashion shows and beautiful harmonious peroveta or prophet songs or local string band music enough to put you all at ease in this coastal village escape from the busy streets. This is part of Pascoe Promotions SME development program to partner and create more SME development hubs around the country.
