Maine apne college mein bhi yehi situation dekhi thi. Maine ek service-based company ke liye interview diya tha, jismein teen payscales the, aur maine apne sabhi rounds ko sabse achhi performance ke saath clear kiya aur ant mein onboarding letter ka intezaar kiya. Jab mujhe email mila, toh main dil toot gaya dekh kar ki mujhe sabse kam package mila, chahe maine jo kuch bhi zaroori tha kiya ho, coding rounds clear kiye, technical round badiya tha, maine sabhi sawalon ka sahi jawab diya tha aur HR round bhi shandar tha. Lekin kuch karanon se mujhe sabse kam salary package mila aur phir college ne meri eligibility par pabandi lagayi ki main sirf woh companies mein baith sakta hoon jo mujhe mila hua package se 5LPA adhik offer kar rahe hain aur hamare college mein aisi koi company nahi thi jo mere college mein aayi thi aur poora on-campus drive aise hi guzra. Yeh sirf bevakufi hai, sach kaha jaaye toh, ki yeh bewakoof log apne niyamon ko kaise banate hain aur yeh companies apne packages ko andha-dhundh batate hain. 🤦‍♂

Situation is almost same for me like this person, i had 12 backlogs by coming to 7th sem, i cleared 7 backlogs in 7th sem exams, i had fatty liver issues due to which i couldnt walk or run properly, i came to know at that stage about that time, where i am having so much backlogs plus no job opprtunities from campus plus market is down. I am thinking to clear backlogs while studying for offcampus placements untill then. If i get to participate in campus placements after june, will it be good to participate or i look for remote or offcampus ooportunities ? What are your suggestions for me ? some telling no surety of tech companies coming for placement after june in college ?
