Hello sir, I required some advise, I am currently in a very big confusion, on my current organisation i am having 3.5 years of experience and currently my project is changed and I got the scratch based project, for which I got the onsite opportunity for 6 months, now I have a confusion like if I go to onsite then my total experience will be of almost 4 years and on the current job market it is very tough for me to switch with 4 years of experience because interview level will become very high, so should I choose to stay here and prepare for job switch or should I take onsite, please reply

Don't just stick to language; learn development basics like APIs, Server-Client relationships, JWT/ Auth2, etc. If you are getting a job as a Python developer, take it, but don't make it your only goal.

@@SourabhKurhade Depends which companies you are targeting, 1. MNC and small companies ( eg. Noida Based) ask mainly java basic, Collections( hashmap imp), error handling. Problem solving basic questions on array and string only. Plus project. 2. Product based DSA(medium level) with project. 3. MNC with experience and good startUp will also require Spring, SpringBoot, SQL, with basics problem solving. Some might even ask if you have prior experience agile, basic knowledge of cloud and devops. It is not a perfect answer, highly depend on company to company. If you are looking for full stack java developer than there are many videos on yt.
