@@khawajaasad1929 I personally know some of such people. They cannot speak punjabi because they grow up outside punjab in Hindi speaking environment. In pakistan, punjabi is looked down upon as unsophisticated or low grade by some.

@@deeps1544 mother tongue is never forgotton even if you live abroad depending how much you speak with your children mother tongue. I assumed before watching this video that discrimination against mother tongue is more stronger in pakistan than india. But on other hand punjabi literature is developed much richer than india. Your sentence left in complete perhsps by mistake. But i got the idea that you want to say mostly uneducated people speak punjabi in pakistan. On the other hand hindi is not spoken in indian movies rather URDU language because people are not very found of hindi language

I don't understand many people say they are punjabi but they can't read write ,follow culture no connection with punjabi state and as far as I know punjabi is not a caste so how they are punjabi especially in delhi there forefathers have been living in delhi and have no connection with punjab region but still they say themselves punjabi .how?
