Paris-Brest-Paris 2023 / PBP

7000 cyclist riding from Paris to Brest and back in less than 90 hours. There are many small festivals in the villages along the route and many people who support the riders with water, coffee and cakes all day and all night

I was there somewhere, finished in 78 hrs and a few minutes it was my 13th with 13 finishes 11 in time, coming back in 2027 if the body allows it, i will be a few weeks short of my 70th birthday

Yes, one of the hardest things is managing lack of sleep. When I feel tired, I immediately go to sleep for a couple of minutes - even right beside the road. It's too dangerous if you just keep driving in this condition
