Janelle, this nail tutorial was the inspiration behind my current nail art. I used MoYou's Tour Collection plate number 03. I got this plate for the poodle image. I have a poodle and thought it would be neat to have poodle nail art. I love this plate. For the thumb, I did the French flag and used the 'Paris' image from the plate(i'm no good at freehand art). For the index finger, I painted my nail white and used a bright pink polish to apply the strip image from the plate. Then, placed the 'ooh LaLa' image over it in black polish. The Eiffel Tower in black and with pink hearts on my middle finger. Ring ringer is like yours. My pinky has the poodle image with pink hearts. Thank you so much for sharing this! Love, love it.
