I have a friend he’s 94 or 95 and he was a airplane gunner in WWII flew 55 missions not a scratch and came home to tell the tails ... gosh I love him he’s a vet special man ...

Thank you for sharing this important place in history with us. My grandfather was in Patton’s Third Army and he was part of the landing at Omaha Beach. He had many a story to tell of his time spent serving our country during WWII. What a neat trip y’all got to take!! 🙂

I'm new to your channel and have been binge watching you today. On your trips, do you plan them yourselves or use a travel agent? If you plan them yourself, do you just use like VRBO or AirBnB?

Aww thanks for being here! We plan ourselves to get the best options. We don't have lots of extra cash to splurge ah the only way we travel is by utilizing credit card points, and finding budget flights and stays. 😀 air b&b mostly, but on the last few years they have gotten a lot more expensive

Normandy. My brother in law was in the 82nd. Airborne. Dropped into St. Marie Eglese. I am a history buff also. Collect books on WW1, WW2. AM 84 And know children not interested in my collections. Have 7 bookcases full. Religion, History Ect. Could send books to your husband. God Bless. 🐻🤗
