Mediocre standards leads to mediocre expectations! If you knew anything about sprinting you’d realise that she is not of an Olympian standard and never will be. I’m moreover annoyed that when Pak finally get a record breaking Olympian-Arshad Naveed, this wildcard entry gets to attend the closing ceremony and not him! What a huge shame!!

@@SyedHamadai no I’ve just been fortunate enough to attend some of these awesome events. Plus have had some other insight. Moreover I have been to school in the West and know a bit about sprinting especially 100m so it’s a bit of a farcical. I’m all for giving token wildcards to developing or war torn countries but not at the expense of world class players like Arshad Nadeem who will be inspiring the nation with his massive awesome win! Kids are tired of seeing failure you want to see the underdog winning. Someone who comes last should not be given the honour to carry the flag when you have the first ever individual gold medalist of Pak as the alternative. That is just pure selfishness and jealousy! She should have stood down from this prestigious task! Shown some sportsmanship!

@@SyedHamadai that’s just it isn’t is it just this woman in a country of approx 250 million. Also Olympics is not a showcase for amateurs it’s for the best! Pak never let the best come through. This time around they didn’t even let the best attend the closing ceremony. They’ve given the properly Olympian the kick for the benefit of a high school mediocre so called sportswoman who will always come last. Leaves a poor taste. She must be well connected, or a political or other propaganda pawn.
