Hello and thank you for the video. I would please like to ask you if you had a license provided, in order to walk through the places where it is forbidden for the public. How were you allowed to visit them? Also, did you have the chance to visit the intermediate platform between the 2nd and the 3rd floor? If so, would it be possible to share with us a few pictures from that area? Thank you so!

Hello and thank you for your comment. It was at a computer meeting, held in the living room on the first floor, that our group was invited to visit this forbidden place for the public. I don’t have any pictures of the intermediate platform or the third floor, but I’ll be there in a few months.

@@dominiquecalafat Thank you very much for your quick response! You are so, so lucky for having got the chance to have access to places of the Eiffel Tower where hardly ever someone can visit! i have been ''studying'' the Eiffel Tower for many decades, i am so impassioned with its structure and, even though i have visited it more than 20 times, i am always so curious and interested to learn how its ''secrets spots'' actually look like.. You are very privileged for having got the permission to experience this sightseeing and i really hope you enjoy your next visit at the monument. Will you be granted access to that particular, intermediate platform between the 2nd and the 3rd floor, as well? I always wondered how that restricted floor would actually look like from close, in fact it is the first thing i focus on whenever i have a view of the Eiffel Tower, but, unfortunately, there aren't but a few web sources where someone can get some detailed information about it. Would you have the kindness, if you visit it, to share with us some pictures? Once again, thank you for your response and most of all for the wonderful, educational video that you have already kindly shared with us!

@@trentefeuilles Thank you very much for your long and friendly comment. When the coronavirus epidemic is over, I suggest, you contact the public relations department of the Eiffel Tower : Alice BEUNARDEAU Chef du service communication (Head of Communication) abeunardeau@toureiffel.paris Victoria KLAHR Chargée de communication et relations medias (Communications and Media Relations Officer) vklahr@toureiffel.paris I don’t know these two people personally but, may be, they will be sensitive to your arguments and to the great interest you have in the Eiffel Tower. They will probably be able to tell you whether special visits are organized, occasionally, or whether you can benefit from one on an exceptional basis. As for me, I don’t think I can visit again these reserved areas because it was possible in a very special setting, before I retired. Good luck and take care of yourself during this difficult pandemic

@@dominiquecalafat I feel so obliged to you, my dear Dominique, for all your kind effort to help me! I appreciate sharing with me the email address of those representatives and i will definitely take into consideration requesting them a permission to access that restricted area, as soon as the epidemic is over. That would definitely fulfill one of my wildest-personally- dreams! I hope you stay safe, my dear friend, you and your family and have the chance to share with us in the future further videos with your precious memories from the past. It was such a pleasure talking with you and once again it's needless to say how much i would like to thank you for all your kindness to assist me! Best regards from Greece, Lakis
