Hello ALL! We wanted to give you guys some ideas on how to get a good quick workout it where ever you, and the park is a great place to go and get a workout--especially if you don't have a gym to go to.
Hailey's workout is quick and includes the following moves:
Bulgarian Split Squats
Elevated Push-Ups
Box/Bench Jumps
Alternating Toe Taps
Try doing 4-5 rounds at 20 repetitions a piece.
These are a great way to get you a quick workout to stay on pace if you aren't feeling like going far or if you don't have a gym membership.
