I'd rather purposely missed a checkpoint if someone's gonna EMPed me. Shit is broken, especially when you resetted and just respawn parked in the middle of the road.

EMP when used right is absolutely busted, its my main tech to use, i swear down close to a quarter of my total bust are parked busts with the help of EMP
