@@DigginSoCal The pools are very busy this time of year., and it does help to beat the heat. We still hunt at night, looks like the weather is going to change again next week. We are going back in to heavy rains. It is our Monsoon season.

@@mreinhardt9686 Well after going back and forth, the coiltek is on it's way. Hopefully it works for my detecting. I kind of wanted a smaller coil that would have less resistance for water hunting at the beach than the 11" but not as small as the six...and to use for the trashy park areas. We'll see, if it doesn't work for me, I may end up with the minelab. Thanks.

I watched this video for the first time on Saturday. I was LMAO when I saw them chickens... There's a bunch that all-of-a-sudden started wandering our front yard & a few of our neighbors yards too. Thought it was only happening around here (LAX area). 😂🐓🐔🐣🐤

WOW! Using the gold classifier is an awesome idea. My finds always come with tons of sand no matter where I dig them up. This is a great option to get rid of all that mess. Thanks!

They classifier is the way to go to get dirt and sand off the finds. We do start early that is for sure. beat the heat! I never skip a wrap up...guess I was too tired...lol

I missed your live hunt but thanks to you I went out I was able to get in Garrett 400 and a pinpointer and I took Christine's advice and got a ckg scoop. I grew up in Florida and I'm going to go back there to the treasure Coast and try all this out right now I live in Texas so I'll probably find a lot of horseshoes and Spurs but hopefully someday I'm looking for some Spanish treasure thanks guys.. also my Garrett 400 is that pretty good also what would be another detector cuz I want to buy one to have two but I don't want to break the bank

I use my gold pan classifiers too but I don't do it until I get home I put one on top of the other with the items in between then spray it with the hose really really good and clean them off. Still looking forward to my trip down there to Southern California at the end of the month

Remember Bill, the 1982 pennies need to be weighed. The copper one weighs over 3 grams and the zinc one weighs under 3 grams. I always love watching your videos, you guys make me laugh!

I ordered a new detector from Amazon a Garrett AT Pro submersible, the edge cutting knife shovel, wireless and also a pair of underwater headphones 🎧 two headphones, pouch for finds, the hat and covers and a new Garrett Pro pinpointer.

I wish my parks were so prolific. Its very hot here in Texas so not many are going to the parks. What camera are you using? I was wanting to film some of my finds and don't know what camera I need. If you don't mind sharing I would appreciate it.

We are currently using the GoPro 10 and have the 8 as well. Often times we just switch to the Iphone for the wrap up. If you have a good phone and a handle for it, you would be amazed at the quality of the video. Only down side is the volume. You have. to be closer to the phone. Thank you... I am sure it is blazing there!!!

Different? Making fun of Bill. Wow that’s different. My park hunting has drastically went down since moving up to Oxnard being so close to the beach. Also just do tot lots when going to park, knees can’t take the constant up and down digging in the grass. Getting old I guess (some may say out of shape, but not going there)
