I like the new additions you've made, and I've really enjoyed how you approach developing the club sustainably. Too often in the non-league game clubs flush with money will cave in to unreasonable demands from players and scupper their finances chasing promotion. Dover Athletic springs to mind in that regard, as does Margate of the early-to-mid 2000s.

Active work permit will last until the end of the original contract terms and the extention was in those terms. However, I like that non-UK players leaving beacuse at this level IRL you wouldn't have had them so adds more realism for me

I'm jealous of your wage budget lol, as Cambridge City in league two, I only have 9.4k wage budget max. Think when I first went up to national I only had 5.5k wage budget, it was so depressing back then... Well, it still is because I can't even afford a full squad right now as a professional club and average attendance of only about 1.2k per match in league two, my stadium is 5.5k so its stressing me out lol.

I find it interesting how much attention you pay to the scout reports, particularly at this level. Personally I've found the 'loves/hates big matches' and consistency levels to be completely random, some of my best players have been labelled inconsistent and vice versa. In the lower leagues, I think attributes is all that matters, you learn to accept that they'll likely be flawed players. The star rating is the only thing that matters to me so I know how much potential they have and how highly the game rates him (a high-rated player will improve my squad standing and club rep allowing me to sign better players)
