Dear, it's true that Park View City has completely failed to deliver according to the payment plan, and they have been delayed in all aspects. Additionally, they have reduced the size of plots as mentioned in their old profiles and brochures. None of you dealers have condemned or raised concerns about the reduced size or delays. It seems like you dealers are only focused on selling files to gain commission. During the sales process, you dealers claimed to be available 24/7 and stated that its our responsibility. However, afterwards, you shifted all responsibility onto the management, stating that it's their policy. It’s important for developers and dealers to communicate transparently with customers and address concerns promptly.

⁠ thanks for giving me chance to explain you why First of all no amenities in this society No school , school land now converted in plots No water cleaning plant No groceries No laundry In short no facility at all in phase one Secondly this down town is worth less Just making money for nothing , no reserve parking for plats if you selling high end product Now come to the point of overseas plot , I invested in two plots and paid all dues one year ago They using my money if same amount you just put in bank after three years it’s double even in Islamic banking No delivery in Golf even they sold very expansive No delivery for hill estate Now again more For phase 2 we don’t know land Ok if suppose you said near to rawaaaaaat Bahria rose garden 5 Marla developed plot in 30 lac , Come again DHA Valley developed plot in 25 to 30 lac at same location That is the point you want any one buy this product Hope you are satisfied and will not make this type of video Request you please don’t destroy hard earn money of innocent people
