Thanks for reacting to this amazing song. I wish the translations were done better. So the context behind this song is that there's a crowd of protestors outside Siddhu Moosewala's house who are rioting with plackards and cardboard signs demanding arrest of the artist under Indian Penal Code 295(section A) for violating religious sentiments. Basically the crowd wants to slap him with a charge against freedom of speech. So, he is sitting inside his room, depressed and low. That's when his father walks in the room and tells him to stay strong, to not lose hope, to always continue on speaking the truth. This song is basically from his dad's perspective. It's like a conversation , a one way monologue by his father. And all throughout the song, he references incidents in the past when he was subjected to harassment and bullying on Facebook, when his mother was mocked and made fun of, when his mother had to apologize with folded hands to an angry protesting crowd, when the media targeted his lyrics for gun/violent content. His father, in the song, advices him to not back down, because then the world will laugh at his failure and enjoy his downfall. His father suggests to keep his chin up and state facts in his songs, even if it means revealing all the dirty secrets of the politicians and corrupt media people. Try to go through the translated lyrics on other videos, they are more clearer. This one doesn't have the best translation. Also check out the track Facts (skit) from his album Moosetape. It's basically a prelude / intro to this track where you get the background / back story of this track. You heae cowards chanting slogans against Siddhu Moosewala outside his house and you hear his dad knocking on his door to let him in his room. When he finally opens the door, his dad walks in to find him sad and depressed, that's when he explains about ups and downs of life. And that's when this track 295 begins. So try to listen to the skit and then follow it up with this song. Sadly he was shot by rival gangs for speaking out the truth. 29/5 was the chosen date of assault because the enemies wanted to drive home the point that if you speak out, you'll be charged and booked under 295(a) of the IPC and also shot to death on 29th of 5th month (May).

When he said "they have no shame" he is actually talking about the voters. He is basically talking about the hypocrisy among people. He starts by mentioning how people give certificates of "you are an asshole, you are a POS, etc etc" on facebook. When he says "people are so fast to reach a mother's womb" He is talking about how people insult his mother when they have a negative opinion of him. He then continues talking about the same people and says how they get paid to give their votes and once the leaders win, they slap them on their faces if they ask for a change. Why dont they talk back then? Where is their conscience then? Essentially saying why are they only coming after me for trivial things. Such a strong sentiment and put very nicely together.
