I whole heartily support Parker on this it. Has nothing to do with revenge or or anything along that way Tony and his family have been using and maintaining the property for more than the 5 years that Parker spoke to him about the request for water and if you follow Tony,s comments at that time he stated that it required informing the government to advise them of the decision and ok for deverting the water Tony is the one who allowed his water License to Lapse and he is only permitted to operate under a limited water license he also said that the issue came from Ken and Stewart's settling pond again as a responsible landowner he was aware of the pre-existing issues with the pond then when he approached Parker he acknowledged that he was very aware of the creeks presence and direction for a decade and all the potential risks of it then when the camera crew showed up and the production staff he didn't want his request to be on camera so clearly Tony is the only person responsible for the preceding issue and managing the road and creek issues not Parker he had Tony his fingers in the Dams knowing the potential for danger to his claim and property Parker is right to stand his ground in this situation
