There's actually 3 parking garages on Staunton Island in GTA. There's the multilevel parking ramp a block away from Belleville Park. Then two separate underground parking lots. One under the AMCO building, and another on the opposite side of Staunton near by the parkinglot tucked back behind the buildings. They're all significant in the sense that they each have a hidden package to be found there. There are a hand full of other parking lots aside from these in GTA 3 as well.
