Parking rates in downtown Grand Rapids could increase

@Woodtv8 down town in Grand Rapids Michigan they do need somebody to control the parking rampant’s in downtown Grand Rapids Michigan this year because people can’t get out of the parking Ramps it is a bad thing to happen in Grand Rapids Michigan the city of Grand Rapids Michigan needs to look at what they should do about this it’s a problem that the governor Gretchen Whitmer does know about this
