My family and I have a tradition. We gather as a large extended family for Christmas dinner. We do not buy each other gifts. We take that money and each choose a local charity to donate to. We have the whole town covered❤ Giving feels so much better than recieving!

Hey Johnny, I've always loved tow guys! If I'm seeing them, it usually means I've broken down at the side of the road, or my car won't start, so I'm always VERY happy to see them! Every job has it's critics.

It grinds my gears whenever 'the office' fails to update the list in a timely manner. Confrontation for an incorrectly hooked car is just not acceptable in my opinion.

@@watcherofwatchers Characterizing it as predatory is rubbish. These people are given many opportunities to get themselves sorted. Those that do not, deserve the consequences. Without rules the properties would soon be filled with derelict and uninsured vehicles, and people with a legitimate need to park every day will be unable. In this situation it seems there was a mistake of some kind. It does not render such towing a "racket". It is needed and will continue.

I have seen Johnny work very hard to get a car who's owner is in multiple violations; having evidence of receiving been stickered many times & have some lying whiner get the office to tell Johnny to unhook him w/o fees. If the office messes up or the car owners play games to avoid doing the right thing...how does that make the Towing a racket?

This is a great vid man. I just bought my newest/lowest milage vehicle, a 20 year old pickup truck, but it only had 80k on the clock. as happy as I am with it, as proud as I was to buy it, somehow it was more moving seeing that guy fire up his new SUV. I can't say what the case is in Georgia, but where I am, right now you can't physically go in to get a new sticker, thanks to the 'rona. You have to use the online form and wait for it to get mailed to you. They're so badly backlogged that they're allowing people with stickers as far back as March 2020 to still be considered valid. The catch is you still owe the fee for the year you may or may not be skipping before you'll be allowed to get an up to date one. So anyone still riding with a 2019/2020 sticker can't get 2021/2022 etc. I was so glad I got a 2 year sticker before any of this happened.

@@Mystress1980 democratic controlled states have severely hurt the public by keeping gov't offices closed due to covid. Here in Florida our governor ordered these office back open months ago to prevent these backlogs. In most instances you can walk in and get tags and titles done even without an appointment. Where i live the county even has purchased old banks converted them into drive up tag renewals. Don't even have to get out of your car. When people procrastinate that's where problems exist.
