I'm no more or less inclined to de-escelate than if I didn't have a firearm because I would never escalate a situation to deadly violence, but will always stand my ground within reason. I'm a generally nice guy and don't usually have trouble. Some people do get that God complex though.

@@2pugman Well I think the lady said they were coming but she became ill and had to go to the hospital and couldn't wait for AAA to come. I believe when you call for a tow someone has to be there to sign some paperwork and hand over the keys. It sounded to me like they were gonna call them again for the tow. In many other videos I think the people just say that expecting to get their car off the hook and string the property manger along for another length of time. That's just my opinion.

I respect the way you do your job. My dad used to live out of his car and had all his belongings in it, sentimental things that have been in the family for generations, including the only copy of one of my baby pictures. When he was staying at his moms the apartment complex had his car towed and played dumb so he wasn't able to find out what happened and for a year he thought it got stolen. Mind you nothing was wrong with the car other than being spray painted green but the car was given to him by a pastor from the food bank we volunteer at. Sometimes you don't know what a car means to someone or what something in the car means to them

It's a pity his contract says he has to take it to his impound yard. Is there any limitation on the number of times a vehicle can get towed before the HOA has to order it's destruction? What happens if a towed vehicle falls apart from wear and tear whilst being towed? I'm not sure if vehicles can be towed away and brought back an infinite amount of times, I'm fairly certain one day wear and tear will end that vehicle's serviceable life. What options does the towing company have if that situation arises?

@@DarkVoidIII Their business insurance provider would send an adjuster to determine the cost of the damage and make the owner an offer which he can accept or dispute in court. Otherwise if the van owner continues to break the rules he can be evicted. Either way, the van guy is going to learn breaking the rules here carries consequences.
