He happened to see him IN traffic a different day (before he even went looking for it in the lot... just having recognized it was on his list/wondering if that's who the police were after) Soooo the next time he was there, being that it was still on the list to be towed, he located it &.... did his job, nothing more. Idk where 'stalking' could even remotely be put into play in that situation, ut... ? Stay safe & be well.

Tbh, no matter the length, I always wish there was follow up on many of these cases. Certain grabs, misses, situations..... leave me wondering how it ended up. Case in point, the black plastic covered Nissan from the last video, w/ the guy giving all those excuses. Wondered if he handled it, ever did SPEAK to someone in the office OR....... if he was able to snag it the next day.. + even after that, then.... what happened. Did the guy come pay to get it out... did it go to auction... was there any issue w/ title, etc? Start to finish, closure.... imho, definitely needed. I mean, inquiring minds wanna know. ;) Glad he shares them, regardess. IDK what it is about it, but.... love watching! Stay safe & be well
