The manager pulled the rug out, from towtrucker, simple as that. The manager messed up bad, and then was trying to avoid having to level about it with towtrucker over the phone, because he knew he screwed him out of a tow. Towtrucker said it right there on the video. Wouldn’t be surprised the next time that manager tries to use towtrucker’s company, they’ll charge him more or just might even black list him.

Summama Biotch should pay a minimum of $50.00 for sending the tow truck on a wild goose chase. In America there is a charge for every business deal. No one rides for free. Also blackball the caller from all future calls. They can tow the vehicle themselves.

Johnny, as ALWAYS, you are a consummate professional. That property manager on the first tow that refused to pick up after he spoke in Spanish to the young man was a jerk. It's a joke that he thought he could be so unprofessional. Hopefully, in the future, if he needs vehicles towed and decides to call your boss to come get them, there is an extra fee for jerking you around on this call. I speak Spanish, and on that first tow job, I couldn’t actually make out that the strip mall manager tells the kid he has more time to move the car. But I guess the kid must be telling the truth if the mall manager won’t answer Johnny’s calls. But it’s weird that the kid tells the mall manager that he has a flat tire but tells Johnny that the keys are locked in the car. Maybe the kid should keep his story straight.
