I do all the time. I have several different vans I drive and it's freaking ridiculous I have to buy tags for vehicles I don't drive but a few times per year. Bullet resistant vest is an extremely limited bit of protection. I think we're all concerned about him staying safe, but the truth is that it's always possible for a psychopath to switch on the violence. We have to be ready to respond with deadly force, regardless of how much we don't want to use it. I'm not just talking about a gun, either. Gotta be ready for the hand to hand, full commitment neutralizer. At least there's a new hand held device being shown in KZbin ads. It's a pepperball pistol that can help if you have time to deploy it before the creep gets too close. I'm going to get one, but it will only be a supplement to, not a replacement for my Smith 629.

Most property managers have to pay attention to the city code for parking, and in most areas, cars that are broke and just sits there will get tagged and owners will be notified that the car is in violation of city code and will get removed after some time. In our community it is quite relaxed, but even here they will frown upon a broken down car just sitting there. The owner will get a time limit to remove it, and then they will tow it to the impound yard. After a while it will get sold off or crushed if the owner don't come to get it repaired. No test drive tags are allowed, only proper licence plates.
