Both guys in the first clip were wrong. The civilian absolutely tried to intimidate and threatened them with his pistol. I'd be willing to place a bet that he no longer has a CCW permit, nor should he. The male parking officer should also do some training to learn how to interact with people in a professional manner so that he isn't causing things to escalate immediately after arriving.

You are right about them doing there job, but step into the shoes of the people that got booted and are not able to pay a 500 or 600 dollar fine but need that car to earn that money. All what is happening with this is bringing these people into more poverty. I can talk about it because i had a hard time for a while and had no money to spare, i was just one of the few who got luck on his side and got out of the situation where i could not pay my bills and got only more expensive bills because of extra costs on the original bill (intrest, administration cost (what i think is ridiculous )), etc. Try to get out of that situation without any means to do so. If you never have been in a situation like that, don't talk like that. These people also know they are just doing there job, but get frustrated because it looks like a road without end.
