A Strava PB and overtaking 13 dogs…it doesn’t get much better! Carry on W Mills, your best days are hopefully ahead! P.S…there’s another UTube dog, Allie Ostrander’s wiener dog who ran a 4:47 mi recently just for fun! He could have kept going but they stopped him. Maybe W Mills needs a dog as a pacer!

Great run on Saturday! I make a couple of appearances in this video and I ran almost the exact same as W Mills, around 3:55 pace (which is my half marathon goal pace) until the final 500m and my sprint finish was in the 2s as well. Only difference was that I was on time 😂. I even managed to break my 400m record from my last sprint! 😂😂 Are any of you guys doing the Brighton Half Marathon or Marathon this year?
