Was both battries full Rechargeable?i have the parkside angle grinder 12 volt and has a 2ah Battery.. So i m thinking of buying the4ah. What do you think? Her lenght would be better?

Hi Andrew , I bought the Drill plus two extra battery's and use them for drilling holes in metal plates 2.5 mm thick , with one battery I can drill 45 holes and with the second one I can only drill 35 holes and the third one it is also 44 holes . I can reload them with one charger an can work all day . I am using it now for two weeks and are just curious how long it will keep on working . Thank you for your video

It's hard to say but don't worry we've got 3 years warranty

Even when your drilling with a flat wood bit drill a 3mm pilot hole first and you will find your drilling easier and less work for the drill

Hello Andrew, thank you for doing this test! One question, does the 4ah battery requires a diferent charger or does it charge normally on the charger that comes with the 12v team tools?

You welcome, is the same charger. You can't use the older 12 volt batteries different design.i will upload a video in a few minutes about 12 volt batteries

Thank you for your reply! Yes, i´m aware that the old 12v batteries have a diferent configuration of the grooves, my doubt was with these new 4ah batteries because i just recently bought 5 tools from the X12V team line up plus 2 spare 2ah batteries and now i was thinking of buying a couple of these 4ah ones for the tools that would benefit from the additional power but i was in doubt if my chargers would work for the 4ah ones. Now i know! Thank you once again, this vídeo was very helpfull!

Hint: I have same drill and battery. Battery achieve full capacity after 3-5 charging cycles, so this is not good test. Try this after few charging and you will get different result :o)

You should never let lithium batteries completely discharge it's bad for them
