I've got a Parkside Mitre Saw. Seems absolutely fine, to me. Only, a power cut took its little laser out. Killed it. The internet couldn't help me find that part :( My, one, experience of Parkside, thus far. Einhell, I just last month, bought into. Bit early to start preaching, yet. But, yeah, pretty impressed! How nice to see ye agree they're not bad, for what they are.

Well the guarantees at Parkside are like this, in my country at least, in the user manual there should be a phone number with which you can contact the Parkside service in your country, there will be a few questions and some routine checks and in a few days you will receive by courier a new tooll under the warranty and return the defective one.

An additional clarification regarding what exactly happens in the warranty, if the utensil breaks after 3-4 years, of course you get under the warranty, the new version of the model available at that time .

Had a parkside grinder years ago, barely lasted a month with minimal use. Next to no power and quit on ke in the end. My einhell isnt the most powerful but is reliable and deals with what i need it to on site

Parkside's Performance range developed a bad reputation of going up in smoke for various reasons. It can be a faulty electronic, poor quality motor or sometimes just a poorly designed attachment that manages to "jam" the gearbox/motor. The shop that handles the warranty is well aware of the issues because they can't be bothered to fix them, they just send you a replacement tool (which is likely to go up in smoke as well). At some point they were sending older versions of the faulty tool because they were built slightly better. This is what happens in Romania at least, no idea how they handle it in other countries. You can 3D print adapters for the batteries, but it's definitely not recommended. As the Parkside battery doesn't have on board protections you can destroy them by over discharging them (it even happens when used with Parkside tools).

Both of them good quality i see but the first models wasn't good and powerless these i guess they better due the aluminum sheet it helps for overheating but takes more time to cooling ❤ keep up doctor I like your reviews and please make more Wish you make video about the makita 40 volt tools design and Milwaukee s

Good 1 point for Parkside to seal the electronics from direct contact with any metal dust that could create a short after some time. Would be nice to see a dewalt or milwaukee tools against those 2 manufacturers too. Anyway very good teardown. I own einhell tools, stanley and milwaukee ones so would be nice to see such comparison.

How about an Parkside vs Einhell teardown/comparision of cordless rotary hammer! Maybe the Parkside Performance 20V SDS Combi Drill (PKHAP 20-LI A1) vs its competitor Einhell Herocco 18/20. I'm looking forward to buying one of these for myself and still not sure which one to go for.

Great video. Raises a question for me, is the heavy diode across the power pins on the Einhell to protect the battery from back emf or for some other reason?

excellent and thoroughly video. IMHO BMS should be included with battery anytime. Because of safety it should be forced legally. But I understand Parkside choice, and is not a reason not to buy them. At first I would even think parkside tool is a little more robust, because of better heat dissipation and a superior button-design. In the end the difference is small. Maybe make a video about some mods. Use a battery tool on socket-power, or use a drill to do some cleaning, or . suprise me.

Einhell has added a mesh in newer versions. But it gets clogged with dust all the time. And if metal dust gets in, the motor will burn out. Cheap brushless motor with no dust protection

Someone who investigated this (video can be found on KZbin) found many manufacturers that produces tools for Parkside. Einhell wasn't one of them.
