Sir house completion time ki pabandi hai k nahi? Yani 2 ya 3 saal. Agar mai grey structure bana k 3 saal k liye chorh don to koi problem to nai ho ga.

Ma ne 2021 ma plot purchase kiya aur development charges bhi complete jama karwa diye aur green form k sath tax bhi jama karwa diya kya lekin ma ne kisi waja se site plan receive nai kiya aur possession nai liya kya ab mujhe wo process dubara karwana paray ga ya usi pe possession mil jaey ga... please guide
