I have seen Parkway a lot of times, and what separates them from other bands is how much fun they have on stage. They seriously love what they do and they love being on stage. You can see that from them joking around and smiling and laughing while playing. When i saw them in Utah it was below freezing outside, and they wore board shorts and flip flops and just went crazy. You dont need to act hard, or dress a certain way to play good music and have fun.

This is one of those bands I seldom sit down and listen to, but will always have a special place inside my heart because they're such a solid band. They used to be literally the only band I listened to so it's really nostalgic for me to listen to them now. Such amazing work with so much history. The song isn't about breaking up with someone. it's about bands that jump on the bandwagon and glorifying suicide and self harm, how they are all so "depressed" and stuff like that when in reality they don't know fuck all about it. The type of emo crowd basically at least what i can tell from the lyrics after reading them....Killing with a Smile is one of my fav albums of all time and probably always will be. Love these guys so much!

Luke is criminally underrated. The camera majorly misses him out on two occasions, one when he's tremolo picking, before Jeff's solo, and second the end tapping solo. Sadly, cos Jeff's branded as lead and Luke as rhythm, the cameras conveniently forget that Luke is shooting guitar melodies on the other end as well.
