They are pretty awesome live. But I don't know. Killswitch engage and machine head I think are the best live bands. Killswitch engage play as if it's the cd playing itself. Howard Jones was beast live and Jesse leache as well. Robb Flynn from machine head hits notes nearly perfectly and Dave McClain on the drums... the most underrated drummer ever. Amazing live! This was a great cover. Parkway drive did it justice.

What a great cover! I still love listening to this. It sounds EVEN better than Heaven Shall Burns own live version from the Summerbreeze back then. It's awesome how insanely good Winston sounds when he sings heavier songs than Parkway Drive is usually playing. I'd love listening to covers from Parkway Drive of other HSB songs... like "Endzeit" or "Hunters will be Hunted".

He doesn't man, Parkway is one of the few bands in metal today that is real enough to actually play the right way live. No backing track, no pitch correction or auto-tune in the vocals. Winston really is just that fuckin brutal haha, he's one of the best screamers in the history of the genre for sure, if not the best.

So fuckin awesome to hear these nostalgic sounds blend in an exciting way - excellent song choice and I'm glad they took the bridge section and Parkwayified it...
