It's painful and regretful to watch the leaders in parliament just spending most of their time in finding faults in each other and their respective political parties. Every leader wants to be known as hero but does not exert to act like that.Parlaiment is to discuss with due seriousness and sincerity to come out with practical solutions. We need leaders to offer remedies and not just narrating the problems and spending time in criticism only. Personal criticism must be avoided or banned in parliament. If reqd, guidelines or laws on this be issued.Efforts be made by all MPs to take India on the path of speedy progress and to make it a developed country asap. All depts be directed to compare their work/services/performances with their counterparts in developed countries and issue plans to compete the developed countries. wages be made as per performance to the extent possible. Paperless working be targeted and monitored. Speaker must ensure that, every MP gets full opportunity to express views. We expect solutions to: Eradacating ; corruption, poverty, unemployment, enhance women empowerment, enhancing speed of work and transparancy and standard of education, inculcating more moral values etc, and hence want MPs to think and solve these problems, and not waste valuable time in cricising each other. Constitution is also a document and if reqd may be amended for the betterment of country and people.'
