This is a very serious issue concerning every Singaporean because the nric number is assigned to each individual, if not wrong, dead or alive, and all databases relating to this individual are stored under various clarifications by the government. Shouldn't the idea of whether to disclose full or partial nric number be fully discussed and agreed in Parliament before executing it?. If issues concerning majority of Singaporean were tabled in Parliament for dialogue and consensus, why this matter concerning every Singaporean is not done with higher priority? The purpose of electing a government, especially a good one, is to have peace in mind because they will look after the interest of the other Singaporean in every aspects possible including those affecting every Singaporean. Therefore, it is worrying as to why this issue was not been identified to have concerned to every Singaporean and hence failed to be table for full dialogue and consensus, such lack of ability is fearsome.

How can she claim she has exact date when the circular happened? So was there really such a circular? Can we expect any whistleblowing if that is deemed valid?
