The ideals of justice are enumerated in our preamble i.e. Social, economic and political. It is taken from the Russian constitution. Seventh schedule me Federal structure ki baat ki gyi hai. Constitutional Amendment or procedure of constitutional amendment has been taken from South African constitution.
