This video shows why I have been following for years. It’s as if you are in the kitchen with his family (love the Rose ones!). We are all learning as we go in the kitchen when trying new things and it is super encouraging when someone literally shows us “don’t do that!” ❤❤❤

Parmesan and Brussels sprouts are a match made in heaven 😍 I like to do mine with a Parmesan cream sauce and pour it over the Brussels. More calories but so delicious!

@@respther2003 Not sure what @Clair1028 uses, but this is a great dipping sauce and tastes even better the next day after the flavors have time to marry. I don't pour the sauce on food but use it as a dip, instead. ¼ cup mayonnaise ¼ cup sour cream 1 clove garlic minced ¼ cup grated parmesan 1 pinch salt ground black pepper to taste

I also have bad childhood flashbacks of Brussels sprouts! I just recently learned to like them… I figured out that the reason they were always gross is that the only way my mom ever prepared them was just steamed with maybe some butter, and Brussels need more help than that. They’re too bitter for me, just as-is. Roasting them takes a lot of that bitterness out. And of course seasonings like smoked paprika or Calabrian chili powder help too! The Parmesan cheese recipe here looks amazing- definitely trying it next!

I love the fact that you LOOK OUT price wise for us poor people, by sharing where to go& how2 buy🤗.In my young days,i was very athletic,healthy,until narcissist dr. constantly experimented on me& took me in a basement for surgery & etc.My health suffered4 yrs😢.At times I felt like Michael j.Fox (Parkinson disease)🙁.This situation, hurted me financially. I never bounced bck$.However, I have survived, managed via my partial nursing knowledge & a 300lb friend,who introduced reading labels& health food stores2 me.Although,I haven't been to a doctor in 17yrs, this channel has reignited,& inspired me to do much better👌♥️🤗.🙏 . Thank you!

Great idea bobby, i made this yesterday, but i didnt boil the sprouts, and they came out perfect the first time. Used parchment, 350, 20 min.

There is nothing like trial and error for solving a problem. You could probably make them on a silpat sheet too. They look delicious! Thanks for sharing the recipe. I love to cook brussel sprouts when I can find ones that look fresh and good.

Just so everyone is aware hot water will not damage you're pipes in the slightest. I have worked in the plumbing industry for years. That is an absurd statement. IF your pipes are very old and worn down a bit you do not want to clear clogs with baking soda and vinegar because that can eat away at pipes if they are starting to deteriorate.
