lots of limit testing, q cancelling cc and following dashes, the ability to adpat builds and playstyle every game. He also came up with lots of builds that only he plays

It’s not about just the champion. Yes WW is not as flashy as yasuo with Infinite dashes but his game knowledge and knowing the limits on his champion makes him the best WW
