I've been in many ship spas relaxing in the thermal pools or on the tile beds and I have NEVER seen anyone in the spa wearing a t-shirt and a baseball hat before! lol

Jay, your robe discovery is true aboard NCL Getaway, too. The robes in our spa cabin were comically sized for short skinny people. Meh, doesn't take away from the awesomeness of the thermal suites, so it all works out in the end. Have a fantastic day!!

As someone who has LOVED the spa on some of the other ships (Magic for one), this spa is a big disappointment. Too bad. I think having the pool in the same room as the relaxation loungers is a bummer.

I was worried about that myself. I spent a lot of time in the spa on the Dream and my favorite area was the room that only had the heated tile loungers. They had relaxing music quietly playing and it was wonderful. The pool can be noisy so I’m concerned I won’t like it as much.

I think it's hit or miss. The restaurants probably open when ships are in port, but our favorite beach clubs didn't seem to be operating.

You go in there after the pool ands sit then go to the relaxation room which is cold and drink lemon water. Didn’t do have the relaxation room?

I’d say for the most part, folks are being good in the required zones which are elevators and food service areas. We’ve seen maybe 5% of those either “forget“ their masks in elevators, things like that. Maya Chan is currently closed, yes. We

It was a lot emptier in there, so naturally quieter. Toward the end of our meal, it had started to fill up and was getting loud again though. It's a lot of people for a small space, but definitely a better experience the second time! Heck, we might even go back for a third!! :P

Yes, from deck 17, you can take an elevator all the way down to 5 and there is a locked door that you use your key card to enter directly next to the thermal pool.

With all the free great food on a ship I have a hard time paying extra for any food. Maybe one night when MDR is not special we will splurge on the Special Dining Experience. Everyday food is normally more than adequate for everyday meals. Have to ask,why are wearing a baseball cap in the Spa? Just a little weird you would have to admit😬
